As an extremely fickle person when it comes to my hair, I was surprised at how absolutely pleased I was with how it turned out. I set up an appointment with Alex for the same day and she ombred my hair along with cutting it and layering it for an amazing price. My hair is very curly so when I took my first shower after the coloring, I noticed my curls sort of ate up a lot of the color and it didn't look as blonde as I originally hoped for. I called her back and told her the situation and she set up another appointment for me to come back only two days later to put some beautifully bright highlights and more depth into my hair to make sure the blonde would show through the curls free of charge! Definitely coming back the next time I need a touch up and I would definitely suggest Alex as your next hair dresser. She's great at what she does, kind, and made me feel extremely comfortable sitting in a chair with a complete stranger for three hours. I've been trying to get this blonde color for years and she finally did it!
